Community Network Association (CNA) is committed to preparing young people for successful transitions from high school into college, careers, and independent adulthood. Through structured leadership development and financial literacy education, CNA provides students with the knowledge and mentorship needed to make informed decisions about their futures.
CNA’s youth programs focus on leadership development, financial literacy, and career readiness. These programs help students develop critical life skills such as goal setting, decision-making, financial responsibility, and professional communication. Through workshops, mentoring sessions, and guided learning activities, participants gain practical tools that support long-term financial stability and economic mobility.
This initiative is supported through the NuWave Leadership Academy framework, a structured youth leadership curriculum designed to help students explore their identity, develop leadership skills, and prepare for future educational and career opportunities
