About Us
Community Network Association (CNA) is a 501(c)(3) community-based nonprofit committed to strengthening families and individuals experiencing crisis. We provide housing stabilization, emergency support, and youth-focused programs that empower residents to regain stability and move toward independence.
Mission
To empower and uplift individuals and families by providing comprehensive emergency assistance, housing support services, and community-centered programs that foster resilience, stability, and long-term well-being.

CNA supports vulnerable and underserved populations across Essex County, including:
